摘要:

空间调制(SM)利用发送天线索引和发送调制符号共同承载5G发送信息,通过对SM系统的星座图进行设计,能够显著提升系统性能。为此,分析一致界理论并引入SM系统误符号率最小化准则,提出一种新的星座图设计算法。该算法得到的Star-QAM星座图由多个环构成,并且每个 环的半径大小在系统工作之前确定,从而降低额外开销。仿真结果表明,相比传统幅度相位调制星座图,该算法设计的Star-QAM星座图可有效提升系统误码性能。

Abstract:

Spatial Modulation(SM) as a 5G transmission scheme,where the transmit antenna index is exploited to convey information includes modulation signals.By designing the constellation of SM system,the system performance can be improved significantly.In this paper,based on the analysis of the union bound theory,a new algorithm for constellation diagram design is proposed by introducing the Symbol Error Rate(SER) minimum criterion of SM system.The Star-QAM constellation diagram designed by the new algorithm is composed of multiple rings,and the radius of each ring can be determined before the system works,then the overhead can be reduced.The simulation results show that the performance of the proposed Star-QAM constellation diagram is improved effectively compared with the traditional Amplitude-Phase Modulation(APM) constellation diagram.
