摘要: 智能网络现场控制单元以微控制芯片LF2407为核心,利用LF2407强大的实时处理能力和众多外设接口功能实现对现场设备的监控,利用RTL8019AS的网络处理功能实现与互联网的连接。分析了智能网络接口单元的硬件和软件设计过程,介绍了利用智能网络现场控制单元对袋式收尘器进行远程监控的基本原理和方法。

Abstract: The intelligent network controlling unit on the spot takes the module controlling chip of LF2407 as the core, uses the powerful current processing capability of LF2407 and numerous engineered interface functions to realize the controlling of the equipment on the spot, uses the network processing functions of RTL8019AS to achieve Internet connectivity. This paper analyzes the designing process of software and hardware for the intelligent network’s interface unit, and introduces the basic monitor principles and methods for the bag dust receiver by using the intelligent network controlling unit on the spot.
