摘要： 在分析和研究RUP开发方法及大中型建筑企业项目特点的基础上，建立了一种面向建筑企业信息系统的RUP裁剪模型，最后将该模型应用到一个具体的建筑企业信息系统的开发过程中，取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: Based on the sufficient analysis and study of Rational unified process(RUP) method and project characteristics of large and medium construction enterprise, a RUP cutting model which is oriented the information system in construction enterprise. And then the model is applied to a concrete example of information system in construction enterprise. The good effect is finally achieved and proves the model is practicable and beneficial to develop information system in construction enterprise.
