摘要: ATM(自动取款机)业务及故障自动监控系统,集SNA通信技术、TCP/IP通信技术、数据库远程通信技术、语音通信技术及软件编程技术于一体,实现了离散分布的ATM的集中监控和管理,使位于银行的工作人员及时掌握每台ATM的当前工作状况,且在ATM出现故障时,进行远程自动报警,并根据银行管理需要,自动生成ATM交易数据和故障信息的日报表、月报表、年报表。解决了当ATM线路出现故障时,远程自动激活的问题。

Abstract: ATM(Auto Telling Machine) transaction and error monitor control system combines IBM host SNA communication technology, TCP/IP communication technology, database remote communication technology, voice communication technology and software programming technology. It achieves the center monitor and control to the distributed ATMs. This makes the bank staffs know the working conditions of the ATMs in time, and when a ATM occurs some errors, the system can dial the telephone of the ATM manager remotely and report the error types. The system can also produce the daily, monthly and annual statistical reports of the ATM transaction and error information. Furthermore, the system solves a remote activate problem when the ATM line connection fails.
