摘要： 总结了数字视频监控系统的功能和优势，根据无线网络技术的发展趋势，提出了一种新的网络视频监控系统架构，介绍了实现这种视频监控系统所需解决的技术问题，讨论了提高无线网络视频业务性能的机制，并介绍了无线代理服务器的功能。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the function and the superiority of digital video monitoring system, proposes a novel network video monitoring system overhead construction, based on the development tendency of wireless network technology, introduces technical problems to solve to realize the novel video monitoring system, discusses the mechanism to enhance the performance of wireless network video service, and introduces the function of wireless proxy server.
