摘要： 针对智能交通系统(ITS)涉及到的机动车视频处理技术，提出了一种新颖的城市机动车视频标注规范，并开发了一个城市机动车视频标注平台。该平台可辅助用户对机动车视频进行手工标注。在视频处理算法的测试和训练中，利用标注好的机动车视频样本，能够为算法的训练、测试、改进、优化等提供极大的帮助。

Abstract: In order to assist the analysis of vehicle video in ITS, a novel criterion of city vehicle video labeling is proposed. A system is developed based on the criterion. If labeled video is used to train and test video analysis algorithms, it can help researchers to improve and optimize their video analysis algorithms greatly.
