摘要： 介绍了面向小型软件组织和项目的CMM裁剪研究，包括其裁剪的背景和意义、目标、范围和方法等，研究了小组织和小项目实施CMM面临的几大主要问题及其解决的裁剪措施。

Abstract: This article introduces how to tailor CMM for small software organization and project, including the background, the significance, the goal, the rang and the means.
