摘要: 管道安全风险评估源于对管道多种信息的收集、存储和加工处理,为此开发了一套全国油气管道安全管理信息系统。介绍系统中根据管道统计信息绘制和维护管线地理图形的3种方法以及管线分段多种属性信息的管理方法,并对大跨度管线图形绘制以及MapX在节点编辑模式下易引发应用系统崩溃的情况提出了有效的处理措施。应用VB+MapX模式开发的应用系统已经被用户实际使用,得到充分 肯定。

Abstract: Risk estimates for national petro and gas pipelines’ safety are based on collecting, storing and processing of vast variety of their information, and an application for this purpose is developed in Visual Basic 6.0 language with MapInfo MapX control. This paper presents three specifically designed methods of mapping pipelines with MapX in terms of three different kinds of geographic information which can be collected in practice, and a solution for freely segmented pipelines’ information managing, as well as a solution for a large span pipeline graph’s adaptability to different geographic projections. By using event handler Map_Keyup (KeyCode As Integer, Shift As Integer) in MapX’s node editing mode and automatically adding a mid node for a two node pipeline graph, application crash caused by user’s pressing key Delete can be avoided. Now, the application is used by user and runs properly.
