摘要： 通过对家庭网络及家庭网关的研究和探讨以及对运营商需求的分析，设计了一种基于Intel 网络处理器IXP425，适合目前运营商推广的家庭综合接入网关。介绍了系统的总体方案及软硬件架构，同时给出了关键模块的设计。

Abstract: This paper researches and discusses the home network and residential gateway, and analyzes the requirement from operator A multi-access residential gateway, Intel network processor IXP425 based system, is designed for telecom operator to spread. Complete solution and hardware/software architecture of system are described and the key module design is presented.
