摘要: 针对脉冲爆震发动机试验模型的多通道高速采集和实时控制的要求,基于虚拟仪器技术设计并实现了该发动机的实时测控系统,介绍了系统的软硬件体系结构以及抗干扰、多线程编程和基于寄存器级的板卡控制技术等关键技术。实际应用表明,该系统实时性强、可靠性高,能满足试验模型对高速采集和控制时间的要求。

Abstract: According to the demand of multi-channel high-speed data acquisition and real-time control of the experiment model of pulse detonation engine(PDE), this paper designs and realizes a real-time measurement and control system based on virtual instrument technology. The hardware and software architecture system is introduced. The key techniques including anti-jamming technique, multi-thread programming and card control technology based on register are mentioned. Applications in practice indicate that it owns high real-time performance and dependability and it meets the needs of high-speed data acquisition and control time.
