基于多维数据分析的中医主药挖掘技术

Mining Primary Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Multidimensional-data Analysis

摘要: 采用数据挖掘技术研究了中药主药分析。提出并实现了基于多维数据分析的主药挖掘算法,在该算法中引入干扰药物过滤算子以及药对算子。以脾胃方剂库为对象,分别使用基于相对剂量的主药分析算法和基于多维数据分析的主药挖掘算法进行了实验。实验表明,加入干扰药物过滤算子以及药对算子的基于多维数据分析的主药挖掘算法能够有效地提高主药分析的正确率。

Abstract: The primary medicine analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is studied with data mining technology. The main contributions include the proposal and implementation of a primary medicine mining algorithm based on multidimensional-data analysis, with which the disturbance medicine is filtered out and TCM couples are identified. Extensive comparison experiments using spleen-stomach recipe data show that the algorithm is superior to the one based on relative dosage. The algorithm can improve the correct rate of primary medicine analysis effectively.
