摘要: 互联网上公开情报的收集与处理技术已经引起了各国情报机关的重视。该文对互联网公开情报收集与处理技术的总体框架进行了设计,通过一个基于知识库的主动式专题搜索引擎完成专题情报的收集,并过滤与分类收集信息。该引擎具有主动、高效、便捷、灵活的特点,可以辅助情报分析工作。

Abstract: Information collection from Internet has become an important work for most information agencies of the world. This paper designs overall frame of Internet information collection and processing technology, proposes a search engine called IA(information assistant), which is knowledge-based and adopts some techniques of data mining, filtrates and classifies collected information. Being active, high-efficient, convenient, and flexible, the engine is benefit for information analysis.
