摘要： 信息技术的发展给信息安全带来了新的挑战，计算机安全监控系统是一种保障信息安全的有效机制。它通过数据采集、分析处理、规则判别、违规阻止和全程记录等过程，实现对本地或远程计算机中各类信息和用户操作的保护与监控。该文主要研究了以文件、文本和用户操作为对象的监控关键技术，通过实验对比分析了这些关键技术的实现机制与应用环境，对强化系统功能、提高监控效率和稳定性具有重要意义。

Abstract: As information security is challenged by the development of information technology, computer monitor system may be an effective solution to this problem. A monitor process is composed of data collection and analysis, rule-based discrimination, possible danger interception and whole process log recording. Its key features are the monitor technology for file, text and user operations. By experiments of comparing and analyzing, a research is made on the theory and application of the key features. Research of the key technologies will improve the efficiency and stability of the system.
