摘要: 提出了一个基于GPRS的远程报警视频监控系统,该系统利用运动目标检测技术,对待监视现场进行实时监控。通过对监控视频的帧差图像中的噪声进行建模,系统能检测监控区域是否出现运动目标,并一旦判断有可疑移动物体出现时,系统将实时产生报警,并将警报信息通过GPRS无线网络传送至值班人员。

Abstract: This paper proposes a GPRS-based remote video monitoring and warning system. The proposed system can monitor the regions of interest by using the moving-object detection technology in real time processing. This system can detect whether moving-objects appear in the areas of interest by modeling the noise in the difference of video frames. Once suspicious moving objects are detected in the video, the system generates an alarm message in real time. The alert information then is sent to the staff on duty through the GPRS wireless network.
