摘要: 快速成形中的扫描线生成组件与具体工艺紧密结合,通用性较差。该文从软件支持技术的通用性出发,提出了在分层制作过程中实时生成扫描线的方法,设计了面向内存操作的快速算法并进行了通用化处理,其可作为通用组件嵌入到不同快速成形工艺的制作流程中。

Abstract: Most of the data front-end processing in supporting software package for Rapid Prototyping(RP) system is based on identified RP technology, and cannot serve as a common platform for all RP technologies because of the difficulties in redevelopment, integration and standardization of the technologies. This paper proposes a real-time method to generate hatching lines. The generation is repositioned between two layers building, and its algorithm is designed for fast processing in the memory. The method is generalized to suit for global use and it can be embedded in the general supporting software package as a common component for all RP technologies.
