Design and Development of Embedded Control System of Heavy Mining Machinery

摘要: 分析了重型矿山行业设备的主要特点及开放式控制器的设计要求,在此基础上设计并开发了基于ReWorks实时操作系统和PC104总线嵌入式硬件平台的嵌入式控制系统,给出了系统功能、组成结构、主要模块和实现的关键技术。在对开放式控制器进行研究后,设计了适合于重矿行业通用的网络通信模块和逻辑控制模块。

Abstract: This paper analyses main features of heavy mining machinery and design requirement of open controller, then designs and develops embedded control system based on ReWorks and PC104 hardware platform, and presents system functions, component structure, main modules and key technology. After research of open controller, network communication module and logical control module applicable for heavy mining machinery are refined.
