摘要： 知识服务存在无物流、撮合成本高、交易时间长、仲裁难度大等问题。该文研究4种电子商务交易流程，归纳出知识服务的全程式、产品线型服务与交易流程的特点。结合面向服务的架构(SOA)以及Web2.0理念，实现了一个支持流程变更、软件复用、规模扩展的自生长型第三方知识服务产品交易平台。

Abstract: There are many differences between knowledge service products and realistic products. The most important characteristics of knowledge service products are: no logistics, high cost of making a match, long term business and hard to intermediate. An overview of the recent models of e-commerce is presented. Four full-lifecycle process models of the knowledge service product are given. The system architecture of the knowledge service exchange platform which is based on Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) and Web2.0 are shown. Analysis theory shows that the platform is a scalable and reusable one, which supports dynamic processes.
