摘要: 根据气象要素观测数据同地理位置紧密关联的特性,利用网络地理信息系统(Web GIS)和可伸缩矢量图形(SVG)技术,实现省级气象参数信息系统气象的数据库中历史资料及实时探测结果同地理信息平台的融合。该系统以B/S与C/S并用的交互结构为用户提供基于地理分布的气象信息表达、查询及统计功能。

Abstract: The meteorological parameters really correspond with certain geographic location. Based on Scalable Vector Graphics(SVG) and Web Geographical Information System(GIS) technology, the provincial information system for meteorological parameters combined the historical information in meteorological database and the result of exploration with geographic information platform. With both Browser/Server(B/S) and Client/Server(C/S) model, user can get the geographic distribution of meteorological parameters for analyzing effectively.
