大型复杂项目的极限编程改造方案

摘要: 由于在大型复杂项目中,存在多支使用不同软件过程的开发团队,多组具有不同要求的、分布在不同地理位置的客户,因此在大型复杂项目中采用极限编程(XP)开发时,标准的XP实践必须加以改造。该文提出一种适应大型复杂项目的XP改造方案。实践证明,通过XP扩展和改造,能够保证代码质量,帮助项目在进度内交付。

Abstract: The characters of large complex projects are multi-development teams who use different development methodologies, multi and distributed customer groups. Applying eXtreme Programming(XP) to large complex projects requires changing some XP practices to adapt to the characters of large complex projects. This paper describes how to adapt XP for large complex projects with extensions in recent years. The experience shows that these XP extensions and adaptations help to guarantee the quality of code, and release the product on schedule.
