摘要： 以实现网络环境下异构国土地籍数据的提取、汇交为目标，介绍多级异构的国土地籍数据的交换系统的整体框架，通过元数据技术实现异构数据映射，利用数据监听完成数据变化的监视，通过SOAP协议实现数据传输的优化，从而保证了数据在各级国土部门的更新，保障各级国土部门地籍数据的一致性。

Abstract: The system realizes the heterogeneous cadastral database deriving and collection through Internet. It builds the system framework, which achieves the heterogeneous database mapping through metadata, the data changing monitor through data monitoring and the data transmission through SOAP. The system ensures the data updating at each level of land and resources bureau, and guarantees the cadastral data consistency.
