摘要: 基于传感器网络系统中的传感器节点及TinyOS操作系统,提出一种可以超低功耗工作的有源射频识别系统。该系统由读写器和有源电子标签组成,采用Atmel公司的ATMega128控制高频及低频两种通信芯片,降低了有源电子标签的待机能耗。给出了基于TinyOS的软件结构及低频单元部分的软件设计与实现方法。

Abstract: This paper proposes an active Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID) system that can work at very low power consumption. It bases on the technology of sensor node and TinyOS operation system in sensor networks. Both high frequency and low frequency radio chips which are controlled by ATMega128 are used to decrease the energy consumption. TinyOS-based software architecture and the implementations of low frequency unit are presented.
