摘要: 分析目前服务质量(QoS)及其估计的现状和问题,从灵活性和准确性的角度出发,给出QoS参考矩阵及一个服务质量模型,包括服务时间、服务代价、完整性、可用性、信誉等5个QoS特性。在该模型基础上,提出了一种QoS估计方法,从服务使用端收集质量信息,利用一种模糊的基于用户QoS要求的QoS估计方法对服务的质量进行计算。实验分析表明了该方法的正确性及可行性。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the state of the art and existing problem of Quality of Service(QoS) and its estimation, and a reference matrix for QoS is given out. A new QoS model which includes service time, service cost, integrity, availability, and reputation is put forward from accurate and flexible view. In this model, a new method for QoS estimation is presented. This method which collects quality information from users is used to calculate the QoS using a kind of fuzzy method for QoS estimation based on the QoS requirement of users. Its correctness and feasibility is indicated through experimental analysis.
