摘要: 互联网承担了越来越多的语音、文本、图像、视频等数据传输业务,造成了网络传输速率瓶颈问题。针对该问题,该文采用全定制的集成电路方法及低功耗和低共模电平偏移的技术设计低电压差分信号高速接收器和发送器。仿真实验结果证明,该收发器的传输速率为200 Mb/s,与IEEE1596.3-1996协议完全兼容。

Abstract: There are more and more data such as voice, text, picture and video transferring in Internet, which leads the problem of speed bottleneck. According to the problem, this paper designs the high-speed Low-Voltage Differential Signals(LVDS) transceiver by full-custom design flow with the technology of low power and low common mode voltage. Simulation experiments show that the transceiver supports 200 Mb/s transmission speed and it is thoroughly compatible with IEEE1596.3-1996.
