Hierarchical Parameter Model for Two-dimension Array Based Reconfigurable Computing

摘要: 建立可重构计算的高层次结构模型是可重构计算设计空间搜索的一项研究内容。该文提出一种适用于二维阵列型可重构计算的层次型参数模型。该模型分为顶层描述结构、功能模块描述结构、单元描述结构和功能描述结构4个层次。忽略具体结构细节,在较高的抽象层次描述可重构计算的结构特征。应用实例表明,该模型具有较好的灵活性和层次性,能够描述不同架构的二维阵列型可重构计算。

Abstract: It is an important research issue to establish a high level architecture model for design space exploration of RC(Reconfigurable Computing). A hierarchical parameter model for two dimensions array based on RC is presented in this paper, which is organized by four levels, top description struction, function module description struction, unit description struction and function description struction. With taking no account of architecture details, this paper describes architecture characteristic of RC in high abstract level. Application examples show that it has high flexibility and good hierarchy, and it is efficient to characterize two different dimensions array based on RC.
