VoIP中丢包恢复的方法

摘要: 网络丢包是影响网络电话(VoIP)服务质量的核心因素。Turbo码可以提供数据可靠性,但它编译码的性能却影响其在VoIP中的应用。该文提出通过改进Turbo码的编译码方式使其应用于丢包恢复的思想,包括减少Turbo码迭代译码次数以及根据网络状况自适应地设置交织器大小。实验结果证明,改进的Turbo码可以更好地应用于VoIP传输中的网络丢包恢复。

Abstract: Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP) service quality is mainle affected by the packet lost problem. Turbo codes can support the reliability in data transitions, but the real-time requirement can not be satisfied. Base on the low performance of Turbo code on network transmission, the paper brings forward a method to improve its performance, including reducing the iteration time when decoding and adaptively setting the interleaver size. Experimental results prove that the advanced Turbo code can be better applied to VoIP.
