摘要： 随着电力市场的逐步投入使用，许多问题亟待解决，而针对区域电力市场仿真是解决这些问题的一个有效途径。该文就某一区域电力市场设计了仿真想定，构建了基于HLA标准的电力市场仿真平台，应用HLA建模平台KD-OMDT和运行支撑框架KD-RTI实现了该仿真系统，给出仿真结果图。该平台为研究市场化运营条件下电网中各参与者的行为特点，发现和解决电力市场运行中可能出现的问题，制定更合理的电力市场规则，能最大限度地保护各方利益。

Abstract: As electricity market is gradually put into use, many issues must be resolved, while the regional power market simulation for solving these problems is an effective way. In this paper, a simulation think is designed against a regional electricity market. An electricity market simulation platform is set up based on High Level Architecture(HLA). The simulation system is realized using the KD-OMDT and KD-RTI. This platform can be used to research the behavior of every power network actor under power market running, provide available help on finding and solve the possible arising problems of power market running, and establishes more reasonable power market rules and protects the interest of every company and customer.
