摘要: 公共部门绩效评价需要适应不同地域环境和不同历史时期的地方政府公共部门,其最终的信息化实现要求软件便于用户对其进行配置、使用和维护。该文将MVC模式上升到框架层次,应用到公共部门绩效评价软件框架结构的设计,设计过程中重点分析了绩效评价领域的各种适应性和灵活性需求,并对相关问题进行举例说明,为进一步的公共部门绩效评价信息化工作奠定了基础。

Abstract: Public administration performance evaluation needs to adapt to the historical period and exterior environment of the governmental public administration, and its ultimate realization of the information requires that it is easy to configure, use and maintain the software for the user. In this paper, MVC framework increased from the MVC pattern is applied to design the public administration performance evaluation software framework. During this process, it emphasizes the adaptability and flexibility needs of the performance evaluation, and illustrates some related problems. It is a foundation of the following information work of the public administration performance evaluation.
