Research and Implementation of Craft Design System for Pen-based Knitwear

摘要: 针对计算机辅助设计与传统纸笔工作模式切换时存在的问题,提出一种基于纸笔范式的针织服装工艺设计系统,研究敏捷制造环境下针织服装行业的设计工作流程,并采用草图推荐技术及自由曲线编辑技术加以实现,实验结果表明,该系统能有效降低用户使用复杂度,提高设计效率,且在某企业初步试用后取得较好的应用效果。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existed in switchover between Computer Aided Design(CAD) and traditional pen-and-paper model, a knitwear craft design system based on pen-and-paper model is proposed. The design workflow for knitwear industry in agile manufacturing environment is researched, and uses sketch recommendation technologies and curve editing technique to implement this system. Experimental results show this system reduces the complexity of use, increases the design productivity, and has gained better effect for application in a factory.
