摘要： 针对大多数视频文本边缘丰富且颜色单一、水平排列的特点，通过基于deriche边缘的方法迅速确定视频图像中可能包含文本的区域，使用基于颜色的方法从中提取精确的二值文本图像。实验结果表明，该文本提取方法适用于背景复杂的视频图像，且与单纯基于颜色的算法相比，在速度和提取效果方面更具优越性。

Abstract: For most video text is rich in edge, uniform-colored and horizontally ranged, the candidate text areas in video image are determined by using a fast deriche edge based algorithm, and the accurate binary text images are extracted from the areas by using a color based algorithm. The experimental results show that the method is effective in text extraction in complex-background video frame, and has higher processing speed and better extraction result in comparison with color alone based method.
