摘要： 按照中国普通人的手型特征，将手掌划分为22处具有不同用力等级(0~10)的施力点，建立中医推拿的动作编码词汇表，给出形式化规范语言描述模型，包括实例表达、实例检索、实例修正、实例使用与保存4个步骤。应用人因工程Jack软件工具进行手法修正并分析医师推拿手掌的疲劳值。给出一个脊髓型颈椎病患者实例，验证该模型和方法的有效性。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of hands of Chinese ordinary people, a total of 22 force points with different grades(0~10) load are divided through TCM expertise experience. A massage therblig coding glossary gets also established. Applying ergonomic software Jack to revise the elected similar massage case, it analyzes doctor’s hand fatigue values. One patient example of cervical spondylotic myelophthy is proposed to verify the validity of this model and method.
