摘要: 以某自动化立体仓库系统为例,介绍运行于单条轨道上的2辆直线往复式轨道自动导引车(RGV)的智能调度算法和避碰防撞算法,解决2辆RGV的相向碰撞和同向追尾问题,在不相撞的前提下合理高效地向2辆RGV分配任务。实际应用结果表明,该算法能有效提高工作效率。

Abstract: Through taking automatic stereo warehouse system used for a certain military as an example, the intelligent schedule algorithm of the two straight-reciprocating Rail Guided Vehicle(RGV) running on a single track is introduced, which includes the solution of conflict-free RGV and how to reasonably and efficiently allocate tasks to the two RGVs on the premise of non-collision. The practical application result shows that the algorithm is effective and it can enhance the work efficiency.
