上海快速道路网智能诱导系统的设计与实现

摘要: 从上海城市快速道路网交通管理的需求分析入手,介绍“区域控制、广域诱导”的网络交通二阶协调管理策略,构建应用系统的分层结构模型。通过研究快速道路网交通特性确定管理子区划分、检测断面布设、多级诱导设置等系统设计原则和关键参数。成果集成应用于上海快速道路智能交通诱导系统的设计和实施中。该系统运行后在保持流量不变的情况下,路网服务水平提高了15%。

Abstract: Based on requirement analysis of traffic management for urban expressway network in Shanghai, this paper discusses a layered model of system structure to suit for the second-order traffic network management strategy, which is called “independent control in subarea, coordinative management in whole network”. Considering the characters of traffic flow, the principles for allocation of traffic subarea, arrangement of traffic detect devices and setup of multilevel traffic information guidance signs are provided for system design and implementation of traffic network dynamic guidance. The before-after analysis shows that the application of traveler information system in Shanghai urban expressway improves the network service level by 15%.
