摘要: 为解决在传统疾病监测系统与处置系统完全分离的过程中产生的敏感性与时效性问题,在C/S框架下设计一种基于互联网络和移动网络的协同疾病监测和处置系统,建立一套适应于监测预警、现场调查、应急处置的完整工作流程,实现监测与处置协同工作的原型系统。该系统的监测算法采用空间/时空扫描统计方法,而在应急处置中,疾病智能诊断模块采用贝叶斯分析算法。

Abstract: To solve the problems of sensibility and effectiveness caused by the separate of traditional epidemical surveillance and response systems, a collaborative surveillance and response system, which is designed with C/S structure and based on Internet and mobile network, is studied and designed. Its collaborative prototype system is implemented. A complete work flow of epidemical surveillance, fieldwork and emergency response are built up in this paper. The surveillance algorithm applied in this system is spatial and space-time scan statistics, and Bayesian analysis is used in the intelligent disease diagnosis module of the response system.
