摘要: 针对网络管理系统拓扑发现不准确和拓扑显示不及时的问题,介绍一种基于SNMP代理机制的三层网络拓扑发现方法,提出一个“多种方式,准确发现”的策略,能够保证设备发现的效率及准确性,设计“后台扫描”的服务程序,以实现数据的实时更新,并给出基于SVG技术的图形化拓扑显示模型。实验结果表明,采用以上数据更新策略的网络管理系统在拓扑发现准确性及拓扑显示实时性方面均能达到预定要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of topology discovery inaccurate and topology display not timely in Network Management System(NMS), a kind of three-level network topology discovery method based on the SNMP agents is studied. The strategy of “many kinds of ways, discover accurately” is presented to ensure equipment discovery accurately and efficiently. A kind of service procedure of “background scanning” is designed to realize the real-time updates. A model of network topology display based on SVG technology is presented to display changing topology real-timely. Experimental results show that the NMS adopting the above data update strategy can meet the requirements in the accuracy of topology discovery and real-time of topology display.
