摘要:

在通过分析海洋浮标数据特点的基础上,设计并实现一个海洋浮标管理信息系统。利用地理信息系统技术对浮标数据的空间性和时间性进行耦合,以统一的方式对空间数据和属性数据进行管理,在此基础上设计并实现海洋浮标管理信息系统。该系统可以实现了对浮标的多点、多路径、长时间序列的关联存储、条件检索和动态展现,通过将浮标总表与浮标分表相结合,实现浮标漂移路径的追踪。最后,通过应用实例证明了该系统的有效性与实用性。为海洋浮标资料的信息化管理提供有效的技术支持。

Abstract:

Based on they analysiszing on of the characteristics of oceanographic buoy data, this paper uses this paper uses Geographic Information System(GIS)GIS technology is proposed to be applied to to couple spatiality and timeliness buoy data, and manages spatial attributes and property attributes in a uniform manner, on the basis of which, based on which, oceanographic buoy management information system is designed and implemented. unified. It comes true tocan save related, search conditionally and display dynamically with buoy’s multi-point, multi-path and long long-time sequentialitysequence of the buoy, .Finally, tThe validity and practicability of the system are demonstrated by the application. solves the key problem of Oceanographic Buoy Management Information System, and offers effective technical support for the informationization management of oceanographic buoy data.
