基于元数据的故障诊断知识统一方法

摘要: 为了解决远程协同故障诊断系统知识统一问题,通过研究故障诊断知识和面向对象表示方法的特点,提出诊断知识元数据融合数学模型,采用改进的虚拟法对异构元数据进行融合,实现诊断知识统一。通过某型磨床故障诊断知识融合的过程证明该方法可以实现诊断知识统一,提高诊断知识搜索和调用的效率。

Abstract: In order to solve Knowledge Unity(KU) problem in remote collaborative fault diagnosis system, by researching the characteristics of fault diagnosis knowledge and object-oriented method, this paper puts forward mathematical model of metadata integration for diagnosis knowledge, and adopts improved virtual approach to heterogeneous metadata integration to realize diagnosis knowledge unity. Explanation of a certain diagnosis knowledge integration process on grinder proves that the method can realize diagnosis knowledge unity, and improve the efficiency for knowledge searching and transferring.
