摘要: 为提高工业喷墨打印机的打印速度,设计基于MPC8548E和Xilinx Virtex5的高速数据处理系统。MPC8548E处理器通过千兆网从PC端接收经编码的打印图案数据,对其进行解码并通过RapidIO传输给Virtex5。具有强大实时处理能力的Virtex5对图案数据进行处理,并将处理后的数据传输给喷头。性能测试结果表明,该系统的数据处理能力可达320 Mb/s,相比国内印花机,在同等条件下其性能提升明显。

Abstract: To increase the printing speed of digital inkjet printer, this paper presents a highspeed data processing system based on MPC8548E and Xilinx Virtex5. In this system, the MPC8548E processor decodes the received encoded printing design paper data which receives from PC port by Gigabit net and transfers it to Virtex5 through RapidIO. Virtex5 has strong ability of realtime processing to transfer the processed data to print heads. Performance test results show that the data processing ability of the system is up to 320 Mb/s, and it is much higher than civil decorating machine under the same condition.
