摘要:
食品安全监督检测部门无科学依据的随机抽样检测和数据挖掘很难求得分类的数学模型。针对该问题,通过层次分析法构建饮用纯净水质量风险的数学模型,对其进行分类挖掘。应用基因表达式编程对各风险类别的模式进行发现挖掘,验证基因表达式在数据分类模式发现中的效能。数据处理结果表明,该方法可为食品检测部门提供科学量化的管理和控制风险决策模型。

Abstract:
The detection of food safety supervision and inspection department with a random sample of non-scientific basis and a mathematical model is difficult to be obtained for classification of data mining. Aiming at this problem, the model of drinking pure water which mines the quality risk classification is constructed by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the quality of risk classification is mined. At the same time, model for each risk category is found by application of Gene Expression Programming(GEP), the result demonstrates that GEP has the high classification ability for mining model. Data processing results show that the detection resources and funds can be saved for the food inspection department, scientific and quantitative decision-making model can be provided for risk management and control.
