基于线性模型的信道质量估计算法

摘要:

针对自适应卫星通信中对信道质量估计的需求,在加性高斯白噪声信道条件下,以信干噪比(SINR)作为表征信道质量的参数,提出一种信道质量估计算法。给出矩估计法和判决数据估计法的数学分析,利用指数加权因子对噪声加干扰的功率进行平滑。提出基于矩估计和判决数据估计的线性模型对SINR估计的算法,分析该模型的均方误差,同时搜索最佳指数加权因子。仿真结果表明,在实际SINR为-5 dB~20 dB时,改进算法的根均方误差比已有算法有较大降低,并且不需要导频数据和算法“预热期”,更加具有实用性。

Abstract:

In order to meet the demand of channel quality estimation in satellite communications, a channel quality estimation algorithm is proposed in the condition of AWGN channel, while Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio(SINR) playing as the channel quality parameters. Based on the analysis of moment estimation method and decision data estimation method in theory and smoothing the power of noise plus interference while adopting exponential weighting factor, this paper estimates SINR by combining moment estimation and decision data estimation linearly and analysis mean square error of the model while searching the optimal exponential weighting factor. Through the computer simulations, this improved algorithm’s RMSE decreases obviously comparing with existing algorithm and pilot data and “warm-up period” is unnecessary when the actual SINR ranges from -5 dB to 20 dB.
