摘要: MPC837x微处理器通过其特有的FCM接口实现与NAND Flash的无缝连接。基于VxWorks和MPC8379E嵌入式系统开发平台,分析MPC837x微处理器FCM接口传输机制和VxWorks的TrueFFS文件系统驱动架构,介绍FCM接口下的NAND Flash设备的驱动设计及TrueFFS文件系统接口驱动的实现。基于层次化的驱动设计,使得FCM接口驱动很容易移植到其他的嵌入式系统。

Abstract: The FCM provides a glueless interface to parallel-bus NAND Flash E2PROM devices within MPC837x microprocessors. This paper analyses the transmission mechanism of FCM mode and the drive architectures of TrueFFS in VxWorks based on VxWorks and MPC8379E embedded system developing platform, introduces the drive design of NAND Flash under FCM interface and provides the method to realize TrueFFS drive interface. FCM interface drive can be easily embedded in other embedded systems based on hierarchical drive design.
