摘要:
分析基于OLE自动化、内嵌VBA、键盘模拟以及智能网络代理技术的4种程序自动化策略。实现基于OLE自动化和内嵌VBA技术的生物质谱数据处理自动化程序AutoDataExplorer、基于键盘模拟技术的引物设计自动化程序OligoMask、基于网络智能代理的质谱数据库搜索自动化程序BatchMascot,在高通量蛋白质组学数据采集和分析工作上的成功应用证明其能使软件设计更方便快捷。

Abstract:
Four kinds of automation strategies based on Object Linking and Embedding(OLE) automation, built-in Visual Basic for Application(VBA), keyboard simulation, and intelligent network Agent technology are summarized. Successful automation achievements such as bio-MS software AutoDataExplorer based on OLE, primer design software OligoMask based on keyboard simulation, and MS database searching engine BatchMascot based on intelligent network Agent are applied in high-throughput proteomics data acquisition and analysis. This method can make software design easy and fast.
