基于DSP Builder的PMSM控制算法

PMSM Control Algorithm Based on DSP Builder

摘要: 针对永磁同步电机的控制策略,构建基于空间适量脉宽调制算法的电流、速度双闭环系统。在Altera公司的DSP Builder软件开发环境下,给出一种设计方法。该方法包括扇区判断、矢量作用时间、开通时间计算、开通时间分配及6路PWM信号生成、Park变换及逆变换、Clarke变换、PI控制等模块,实现基于FPGA的全数字化控制系统。仿真结果表明,该系统具有较好的静态和动态特性,可用于永磁同步电机控制系统的SoC设计。

Abstract: In terms of the control strategy of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM), a double closed-loop control system for electricity and speed which is based on Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM) is established. With the help of Altera DSP Builder, digital control system on the basis of FPGA is accomplished by providing the design method of sectors deciding, vector time, calculation of turn-on time, distribution of turn-on time, 6-channel PWM signal generation, Park transform and inverse transform, Clarke transform, and PI control method. Simulation results testify that the system has the advantages of static and dynamic characteristics. It also provides an effective method for SoC design of PMSM control system.
