摘要: 为有效地规划各分散收集设施内医疗废物的收集路线,提出一个医疗废物规划收集的空间决策支持系统。在该系统中,第1阶段解决一个标准的车辆路径问题,为各收集车辆确定一组适当的路径,第2阶段采用混合整数规划方法为一周内的特定服务日期指派路径。以昆明市328家医院诊所的传染性医疗废物收集为实例进行实验,结果表明,该系统整体运行效果较好。

Abstract: In order to efficiently plan the collection routes of medical waste from a disperse group of facilities, a two-phased heuristic algorithm is investigated. In this heuristic algorithm, the first phase solves a standard vehicle routing problem to determine a set of individual routes for the collection vehicles, the second phase uses a mixed integer programming method to assign routes to particular days of the week. An illustrative example for the medical waste of 328 hospitals in the Kunming city area demonstrates the effectiveness of the system.
