模糊自整定PID温度控制系统的建模与仿真

Modeling and Simulation of Fuzzy Self-tuning PID Temperature Control System

摘要: 针对炒茶机的加热控制系统跟踪设定的温度值滞后、自动调节加热装置实时性差的问题,设计一种模糊自整定比例积分微分(PID)参数控制器。采用PID控制和模糊控制算法相结合的方法,实现模糊控制对PID参数的调整。利用Matlab在Simulink中建立模型,并对该控制器进行仿真分析。结果表明,模糊PID自整定控制器的超调量 ≈1%,稳态误差es=0。该方法可提高温度控制系统的性能。

Abstract: Aiming at the heating temperature control system of fried tea machine lag to track the set temperature value. In addition, the real-time of automatic adjusting device is poor. In order to solve this problem, a fuzzy self-tuning Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID) parameters controller is designed, which is based on PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm, achieves fuzzy adjusting the PID parameters. The simulation model is created in Simulink of Matlab for analyzing the performance of the algorithm. Result shows that the overshoot, the steady-state error ≈1% and steady-state error es=0 in fuzzy self-tuning PID control system. The method proposed can raise performance of the temperature control system.
