Research on Press Production Schedule Based on Mixed Ant Colony Genetic Algorithm

摘要: 针对实际冲压生产中缓冲区与机器冲突的问题,根据冲压生产调度的特点,以最小生产成本为目标,提出一种新的调度方法。建立考虑工序约束、资源约束和机器占用约束的数学模型,利用混合蚁群遗传算法对其求解,并将等待时间作为启发因子,从而提高选择概率。仿真结果表明,该方法是正确有效的。

Abstract: To sovle the problem of buffer and machine confliction in the actual production, according to the characteristic of the press production schedule, taking the most small-scale production cost as the goal, this paper proposes a new schedule method. The mathematical model is built when operation constraints, resources constraints and machine confliction constraints are constructed. In the way of using ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm to solve this problem, the waiting time is used as a kind of inspiration factor to enhance the choosing probability is proposed. Application results confirms the accuracy and validity of this method.
