强信号下的弱信号波达方向和时延联合估计

Weak Signal Direction of Arrival and Time-delay Joint Estimation Under Strong Signals

摘要: 在强信号背景下,弱信号波达方向和时延联合估计方法难以精确估计弱信号数目。为此,通过对Capon谱估计法进行改进,提出一种强信号背景下的弱信号波达方向和时延联合估计方法。该方法无需对弱信号的信源数进行估计及特征值分解,在快拍数较少的情况下仍具适用性。仿真结果证实了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the inaccurate signal source number estimation of weak signals in the procedure of weak signals Direction of Arrival(DOA) and time delay joint estimation in the presence of strong signals, an advanced Capon spectrum estimation method is proposed after analyzing the principle of Capon spectrum estimation. The proposed method needs neither the procedure of signal source estimation nor the eigen value decomposition. This method has the applicability in the situation of small snapshots. Simulation results prove the validity of this method.
