弹载固态记录器高速存储体系结构设计

摘要: 为满足飞行器遥测中存储设备大容量、高带宽、易于扩展的要求,研究提高大容量存储器存储访问速度的方法,基于流水线并行存储技术,设计一种新的固态记录器高速存储体系结构。对其存储速度进行分析,结果表明理论最高写入速度可达300 MB/s,在某弹载回波存储器中能实现200 MB/s的数据存储,飞行试验结果也验证了该存储体系结构具有较高的可靠性。

Abstract: For the requirements of high-capacity, high-bandwidth, expandability of storage devices in spacecraft telemetry, a new storage architecture of solid-state recorder is presented based on improving the access speed of the large capacity memory storage. Meanwhile, a mature technology of line parallel storage is applied into the design of the storage module, and the access speed of the storage structure is analyzed. The highest speed of storage is about 300 MB/s, and the high reliability of the storage architecture is confirmed through the fly experiment.
