海水总有机碳现场分析仪微光信号处理系统

Dim Light Signal Processing System of Total Organic Carbon Field Analyzer in Seawater

摘要: 针对传统的实验室总有机碳(TOC)分析方法操作复杂、维护不便的问题,提出一种应用于海水TOC现场分析仪的微光信号处理系统。该系统采用光电倍增管检测化学发光反应产生的微弱信号,经微光信号处理电路结合相应复合滤波算法对信号进一步处理,以提高信噪比。测试结果证明,该系统相比传统实验室分析方法,具有高速稳定、无污染的优点。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that traditional Total Organic Carbon(TOC) laboratory analysis methods are complex to operate and inconvenient to maintain, this paper proposes a processing system of dim light signal, which is used in the field analyzer of total organic carbon in seawater. This system uses a photomultiplier tube to detect weak signals produced from chemiluminescent reactions, and uses dim light signal processing circuitry combined with complex filtering algorithm on signal for further signal processing to improve the Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR). The results demonstrate that the system compared with the traditional methods of laboratory analysis, has the advantages of high speed stability and pollution-free.
