信息条件下城市空驶出租车出行分布预测模型

Forecasting Model of City Vacant Taxis Trip Distribution Under Information Condition

摘要: 打车软件可解决司乘双方信息不对称的问题,使空驶出租车在信息条件下的出行行为发生改变。为提高信息条件下空驶出租车出行分布的预测精度,基于空驶出租车运营特征,考虑其对乘客及服务模式的选择过程,量化2种服务模式的收益并建立空驶出租车出行分布预测模型。通过对成都某区域实例数据的分析结果表明,当所有出租车均安装打车软件并且可随机选择巡游或派遣服务模式时,空驶出租车选择派遣服务模式的概率较大,并且打车软件建立的信息条件可降低空驶出租车出行次数,有利于对城市出租车的运营规划与打车软件的引导管理。

Abstract: Information asymmetry problem is eased by taxi-hailing apps to a large extent,which changes the searching behavior of vacant taxi.In order to improve the prediction accuracy for vacant taxi trip distribution,this paper considers that vacant taxi selects the next passenger origin area and adopts either of the two kinds of service modes based on operating characteristics of vacant taxis.By comparing the difference of utility between cruise service mode and dispatch service mode,a trip distribution model for vacant taxis is established.When the model is applied to Chengdu taxi market,data analysis result shows that major vacant taxi tends to select dispatch service mode in certain conditions.The taxi-hailing apps creats an information system which can reduce travel times of vacant taxis,which can offer some beneficial guidance and theoretic basis to the planning and management of urban taxi operation.
