摘要: 计算机辅助学习的方式已经开始从提供教学内容向使用智能导学的个性化在线学习模式转变。将导学技术应用到难于识记的规章、规程类知识领域,可以给用户提供一种沉浸式智能交互学习环境,便于操作人员对相关知识的快速理解与掌握。为此,提出一种规章、规程类领域智能语音导学系统设计方法,包括基于知识点类型的知识表示、基于关键字的语音识别、汉语分词与答案评判,采用包含主题控制层、问题导学层和讨论层的分层对话管理策略进行语音导学。实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的可重用性、可移植性和可维护性。运用此方法开发的船舶损管训练语音导学原型系统运行良好。

Abstract: The style of computerized learning shifts from content delivery towards personalized online learning with Intelligent Tutoring System(ITS).Spoken ITS in the domain of regulations and operational procedures that are expected to be remembered accurately and obeyed strictly,can provide an immersive interactive learning environment,which is helpful to improve students’ ability of grasping and using related knowledge.This paper proposes a series of methods for building ITS for regulations and operational procedures training.A type-related knowledge representation is proposed.The speech recognition and word segmentation are based on key words.And an answer assessing algorithm is designed accordingly.A hierarchical dialogue management framework is proposed for speech tutoring,consisting of subject control level,tutoring level and discussion level.A prototype system for shipboard damage control tutoring shows that the proposed method can work well on building ITS in specific domain conveniently,and the concept of this research can be extended to another domain with minor modification.
